We’re committed to the health and safety of our guests and team members, so we’re taking important steps to demonstrate you can Count on Us℠—whether you’re planning to travel now or in the future.  We've partnered with the global industry leader, Ecolab, using EPA approved disinfectants and are following the AHLA Stay Safe best practices and guidelines to provide an enhanced cleaning experience.

Enhanced Cleaning with Ecolab and Victory

We know the cleanliness of our hotel is top of mind, so we’ve expanded our relationship with Ecolab to use their EPA-approved, Covid-killing disinfectants in guest rooms and public spaces. Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention technologies and service.

Additionally, we have implemented electrostatic disinfectant sprayers by Victory Innovations.  These high-tech sprayers create an electrical charge to the disinfecting solution, allowing them to wrap surfaces with an effective and even coverage. The chemical solution is environmentally friendly while eliminating viruses, bacteria, and spores in Guest rooms.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

In light of COVID-19, what steps is Wyndham Hotels & Resorts taking to help protect guests?

In the U.S. and Canada, we’ve launched our Count on Us initiative to put safety first with elevated cleanliness standards, an expanded relationship with Ecolab for EPA-approved disinfectants, and more.

How are you limiting attendance at your water play facilities?

We have partnered with a reservation service for both Castaway Cove and our Garden Pool. Guests of the hotel may make reservations upon check-in at the hotel. Reservations are for blocks of 2 hours at both Castaway Cove and the Garden Pool, and Guests may make one reservation at each facility per day.

  • A maximum of 5 guests per room are permitted per reservation.
  • Reservations at the Garden Pool and Castaway Cove may be made for either one dining table with 4 chairs or up to 4 lounge chairs per reservation, per room.
  • Guests should arrive to Castaway Cove or the Garden Pool 15 minutes prior to their reservation time to get checked in and receive their wristbands.
  • Guests may only use the pool furniture assigned in their reservation.  To promote physical distancing, pool furniture may not be rearranged.
  • The facilities will be closed down and all guests cleared out between reservations blocks to perform sanitation procedures.
  • Please see the facility attendant at Castaway Cove if your party would like to use the hot tub spa during your reservation block.  We will allow 10 minute blocks per room to reduce exposure to others (subject to availability).

Reservations time slots are as follows:

  • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
  • 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • 8:00 pm-10:00 pm

How are you disinfecting rooms and public spaces?

What is your mask/face covering policy?

To protect both you and our associates, we require proper use of masks/face coverings in all public areas of the hotel, including outdoor walkways. Face coverings should fit comfortably over your nose and mouth. Masks are not required at our Castaway Cove and Garden Pool facilities, but proper social distancing should be maintained.

Are rooms serviced daily by Housekeeping?

For your comfort and convenience, Housekeeping service will only be provided upon request.  Whether you just need fresh towels or a full-service cleaning, just let us know, and we’ll schedule your service.
