The HoJo had the enormous privilege of hosting some amazing kids and their families recently from the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Starlight creates programs that help brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families. Their “Great Escapes” program organizes fun, family outings so we gave them the keys to the Pirate Ship at our popular Castaway Cove water playground! From the looks of it, they had a blast! I hope they continue this tradition for a long time.
Here are some of the pictures I took that night. Hopefully you can join us next time Dapper Day comes around in February 2013! Continue reading

News channels were buzzing all morning with shots of people gathered at local schools, the Griffith Observatory, and Los Angeles International Airport where it eventually landed. As it got closer to flyover time, the crowds got significantly larger. I had the unique opportunity to snap some pictures from the rooftop of our hotel, so I hope you guys enjoy it! Continue reading
