Ack! Ent Rate gone?!

When I checked a few months ago and made our plans, the Entertainment Rate was available for 3 (or it may have been 2) of our 5 nights, and now when I just looked, NONE of them are! I saw that they are subject to change, but I thought that meant they might be added, NOT taken away. We are staying Sept. 30-Oct 5th in a Premium View Room- could you possibly double check this for me?

It is my understanding that the ET Rates do sell out... there are a certain amount of slots available for each date and once they reach that threshold, they are "sold out" and no longer available. Sometimes they re-appear, but there's just no way of knowing if and when dates will become available. I made our reservations before any of our dates were on the ET Rate....then I just keep checking the calendar to see if any of our dates come up I call and have them applied to our reservation... Some dates seem to stay available for a long time, but others seem to sell out very quickly - - it's always best to grab them as soon as you see them!! I'll keep my fingers crossed that your dates will become available again before your trip!! Take Care

I did book in February, when the dates were posted. My confirmation didn't show the reduced rate but I just figured they applied that in person when you show them the card. Perhaps I will call and find out if I still get the Ent Rate.

Yah, it is not automatically applied... you actually have to contact them and ask them to apply the ET rate to your existing reservation....

I'm so sorry to hear that your ET Rate was not applied to your reservation when you booked! Go ahead and email our In-House Reservations Team at stay@hojoanaheim.com, give them your confirmation number, and let them know that I directed you to them. They'll be able to check your booking date, and go back and see which dates should have been booked at the full discounted rate.

YIPEE! I'm so glad it worked out!! Sorry for the mis-information about having to call to get it applied - I guess I don't fully understand how it works! Thank goodness Lorealle jumped in to the rescue!!! Good News :D
